“Kyaku” Matcha is aromatic, and has a good balance between bitterness and sweetness. It is suitable for “usucha” (thin matcha). After selecting our highest quality, hand-picked matcha leaves for competitions, we use the remaining still premium hand-picked leaves to make “Kyaku” matcha. The “Kyaku” matcha is in limited supply and we recommend buying “Kichi” matcha or “Tsuki” matcha when this product has been sold out.
